Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient with a tourist booth for sightseeing, but the rooms had a strong urine odor and old furniture which made it hard to sleep peacefully. The hotel had a storage room that was useful, and the dining experience was below par with limited breakfast options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very spacious but ended up being smaller than what I was promised. Getting my room changed to a bigger one was quite a hassle, and coming back to see extra towels without a proper cleaning was a bit surprising. The location was good, being near the metro station and mall, but not ideal for taxi drivers to find easily. The dining experience was average, with some issues like dusty windows and non-working equipment in the gym.
The hotel was a bit more expensive than expected but offered friendly service, ideal for families with kids. The rooms were comfortable, and the welcoming staff made the stay pleasant. However, opposite-sex guests faced limitations. The location was good, close to the city center but lacked nearby eateries. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially at the village restaurant on the 1st floor, with good room cleaning. The facilities met expectations.
The hotel offers fabulous meals with clean rooms; however, room cleanliness needs improvement, and the check-out process was confusing.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent with free parking and fantastic staff, the rooms were not as clean as expected and had a suffocating smell of cigarettes.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and had an equipped kitchen, but I found some out-of-service machines on the top floor which was concerning. The location was great, but taxi drivers seemed not to know it well. The dining experience had some shortcomings, mainly catering to Indian customers. The overall value for money was decent, yet there were some maintenance issues in the gym and with room amenities.
